Information, not advice
Everything on this website is published for information. It describes how we work and what we charge. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your particular circumstances, and you should not act on it as though it were.
Prices
Prices shown are in pounds sterling. Prices are current at the date shown at the top of this page. We may change them, and the price that applies to you is the one agreed in writing before we start, not the one on the website on the day you read it. We are not registered for VAT and no VAT is charged on the prices shown. If that changes, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate and the website will be updated before it applies.
No contractual offer
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A contract with us exists only when both of us have signed an engagement agreement. Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract or an obligation on either side.
Replying to enquiries
We aim to reply to every enquiry sent through this website by a person, not an automated response. An enquiry received before 4pm on a working day is answered the same working day. An enquiry received after 4pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday in England and Wales is answered by the end of the next working day. Working day means Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. This is a service commitment and not a contractual warranty; it creates no liability if we are late, and nothing in it affects your statutory rights.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and we give a named source and a date for every statistic we print. We do not promise that the site is free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it, to the extent the law allows us to say that.
Your use of the site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own reference. You may not copy the site, or substantial parts of it, for commercial use without our written permission. You may not use the contact form to send us anything unlawful, abusive or automated.

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control it and we are not responsible for what it says or does.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of England and Wales.
